Discount for youth, CJP card
Stadsschouwburg Haarlem offers a Last Minute Discount for young people up to 30 years old and CJP cardholders. With this, you can attend a performance on the same day for € 12.50 .
On the day of the performance, you can order your discounted tickets online. The discount price is only valid for performances taking place in the Stadsschouwburg. The discount does not apply to youth and family performances, festivals, and various rentals.
Discount for Haarlempas
If you have a HaarlemPas, you can enter for € 7.50, provided there are tickets available. Choose 'HaarlemPas' when ordering online.
Cancelling tickets
Did you order tickets through our site? For a large number of our performances, you can return your tickets up to 48 hours before the performances. We charge €2.50 per returned ticket for this. If you are a Founder, Patron, sponsor, or Business Club member, you will not pay cancellation fees for concerts that may be canceled.
On My Stadsschouwburg, you can see which of your purchased tickets can be canceled. You can also cancel your tickets here yourself. You will then receive the remaining amount refunded. The paid service fees are not eligible for a refund.
Did you order tickets via Eventim, Nationale Theater Kassa, Ticketmaster or another sales channel? Unfortunately, we cannot take these tickets back. Please contact the organization where you ordered your tickets. You can see where you ordered your tickets on your ticket or in the confirmation email.
Paying with Podium gift card
The Podium Gift Card is available for purchase at our box office. If you buy tickets through our website, you can also choose the Podium Gift Card as a payment option. You redeem the value of the card by entering the numbers under the barcode. Then you enter your PIN code. This is the six-digit security code mentioned on the back of the Podium Gift Card, under the grey scratch layer.
