This year, for the first time, a dance summer camp. Does it sound fun to you to create a dance performance in four days? Then the dance camp is for you!
Together with other teenagers, you'll take classes in various dance styles and work your way step by step toward a spectacular performance. You'll learn new moves, work on your technique, and discover how to create something together on stage. During this week, the dance instructors of the Dans4daagse will help you bring out the best in yourself. For participants aged 12 and older, there's an additional advanced program: you'll continue for an extra hour each day to create and develop your own dances together with peers your age. At the end of the week, you'll showcase everything you've learned during a performance for family and friends.
For whom?
For everyone aged 9 to 15 who enjoys moving and loves dancing.
When?
WEEK A | 7 to 10 July
WEEK B | 11 to 14 August
Tuesday to Friday from 10:00 to 15:00.

Cost?
This dance summer camp is free! Everyone between 9 and 15 years old can register. Please note: Your child chooses one week. Registration for both summer camps is not possible.

Closing celebration day with free performance
On Saturday 15 August at 16:00 all participants and their parents attend De Held van Haarloheim for free, the summer musical showing this holiday on the square in front of the City Theatre. After the performance there will be a meet and greet with the actors and all children receive a treat!
Voluntary contribution: together we keep camp free!
Our summer camps, including lunch, are free to attend. Thanks to grants and partners, children from families with fewer financial resources can also participate. We want to keep it this way.
