Bet you didn't know that our stage is this big? 220m2 of stage and 25m2 of fore stage, with the possibility of an additional 40m2 by removing the first 4 rows of seats and raising the orchestra pit to stage level. In addition, the backstage can be utilized by opening the back and side blacks (the curtains).
We have successfully organized it many times before: a plenary meeting in the auditorium, followed by a sit-down dinner on stage. Surprise your guests by having them stand up after the plenary session as the screen rises and the curtains open — a moment of wonder when the beautifully set dining tables and live entertainment become visible!
The stage measures 220 m², expandable to 285 m² or even more with the space behind the curtains. Dining can accommodate up to 260 people, though 240 is more comfortable. For receptions or parties, there is space for around 200 guests. Previously, we organized a plenary session on the front stage and a subsession behind a curtain, where guests listened to their speakers via silent disco headphones - a unique experience!
An annual awards show for 140 business partners of SAP was organized by Live Impact, with the theme 'Symphony of Success'. The evening included live music, a reception with appetizers in the Spiegelcafé, an awards show followed by dinner and entertainment, featuring top bassist KCO Dominic Seldis. This was the third collaboration with Live Impact, which made the evening a memorable experience.
The annual Content Marketing Awards from Marketing Report took place in 2023 at the PHIL and will be held in 2024 at the Stadsschouwburg. The event included presentations of cases in the auditorium, a backstage experience, a surprise act during the appetizer, live music, the announcement of winners between courses, and a three-course dinner catered by Vineyard Premium Catering.
