'Pippi and the Pirates' is a imaginative and humorous family musical, based on the beloved stories by Astrid Lindgren. Theater Terra creates a joyful theatrical adventure for young and old with puppetry, music, humor and spectacular sets.
When Pippi receives a message in a bottle from her father, Captain Efraïm Longstocking, she discovers that he has been captured by the notorious pirates Bloody Beard and Knife Jochem. Determined to rescue him, Pippi, Tommy and Annika set off on a grand adventure towards the mysterious island Taka Tuka. Along the way, they build the craziest vehicles, face wild animals and take on dangerous pirates. With her famous Pippi power, clever tricks and indestructible optimism, Pippi manages to get out of every situation. Will she succeed in freeing her father?
