The Polman family is having a family weekend together for the first time in years. Daughter Hannah has big news and father Evert hopes to rebuild the bonds with his ex Marjan and their children. But Marjan doesn't arrive alone: her new partner Jan Dirk comes along, an enthusiastic life coach and sauna master. Between shuffleboard, house rules and sauna sessions, there's a strained attempt to keep things pleasant. But how long will that last when old patterns and unspoken truths emerge?
