For this performance we are selling SMART SECURE TICKETS (secured e-tickets)

For this performance we are selling secured e-tickets in cooperation with our ticketing system Ticketmatic to prevent resale. This means that tickets are personal and cannot be transferred. Your admission tickets can only be found in the Ticketmatic app on your smartphone. You can download this app in the AppStore or the Playstore. 

How does it work?

1. Purchase your tickets via the ticket link you received by email
2. You will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to install the app
3. Download the Ticketmatic app and log in with the email address you used to order the tickets
4. In the Ticketmatic app you will find the e-tickets within 48 hours of purchase
5. The scannable access codes on these e-tickets will become visible from 2 hours before the start of the performance. The QR code of this ticket changes continuously. A printed copy therefore does not provide access to the performance.

No smartphone?

Do you not have a smartphone yourself and neither does anyone in your group? From 1 hour before the start of the performance, you, the ticket buyer, can pick up the tickets at the box office by presenting your ID.
