For this performance, we are selling Smart Secure Tickets (secured e-tickets) in collaboration with our ticketing system Ticketmatic to prevent resale. This means your tickets are personal and cannot be transferred. Your admission documents can only be found in the Ticketmatic app on your smartphone. You can download this app from the AppStore or the Playstore. 

How does it work? 

1. Purchase your tickets via the ticket link you received by email
2. You will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to install the app
3. Download the Ticketmatic app and log in with the email address you used to purchase your tickets
4. In the Ticketmatic app you will find your e-tickets within 48 hours of purchase
5. The scannable access codes on these e-tickets will become visible from 2 hours before the start of the performance. The QR code of this ticket changes continuously. A printed copy therefore does not provide access to the performance.

No smartphone?
 
Do you not have a smartphone and neither does anyone in your group? From 1 hour before the start of the performance, you, the ticket holder, can pick up your tickets at the box office by presenting your ID.
