Steyn de Leeuwe

Steyn de Leeuwe (1981) is a Dutch actor, presenter and theater maker. He also works as a voice actor in commercials and in films and series. He graduated in 2008 from the Amsterdam Kleinkunstacademie and subsequently took to the stage with productions including De wijze kater, Hotel and Het Pauperparadijs. In 2023, De Leeuwe performs his first self-written one-man show Tofu Cowboy, a musical tragicomedy. The piece was written following his work in psychiatry during the corona period. He frequently uses his personal experiences in his solo performances, as he does in Moonlight Motel in which he draws on his experience at a homeless shelter for a performance about life on the streets.
