Secured e-tickets
To prevent illegal resale of tickets, we use Smart Secure Tickets for most performances. These are admission tickets that you cannot print or collect at the box office; you can only access them in the Ticketmatic App on your phone.
With Smart Secure Tickets, we protect visitors against fraud and unwanted resale. Additionally, we help prevent tickets from being offered at extremely high resale prices.
This means that your tickets are personal and cannot be transferred. Your admission tickets can only be found in the Ticketmatic app on your smartphone. You can download this app from the AppStore or the Playstore
How does it work?
- Purchase your tickets via the ticket link you received in your email
- You will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to install the app
- Download the Ticketmatic app and log in with the email address you used to order your tickets
- You will find your e-tickets in the Ticketmatic app within 48 hours of purchase
- The scannable access codes on these e-tickets will become visible from 2 hours before the performance begins. The QR code on this ticket changes continuously. A printed copy therefore does not grant access to the performance.
No smartphone?
Do you not have a smartphone and neither does anyone in your group? From 1 hour before the performance begins, you, as the ticket buyer, can collect the tickets at the box office upon presentation of your identification.
