Secured e-tickets
For a number of performances, we sell secured e-tickets in cooperation with our ticketing system Ticketmatic to prevent resale. With these Smart Secure Tickets we protect visitors against fraud and unwanted resale. Additionally, we aim to prevent tickets from being offered at extremely high resale prices.
A Smart Secure Ticket means your ticket is personal and non-transferable. Your admission ticket can only be found in the Ticketmatic app on your smartphone. You can download this app from the AppStore or the Playstore
How does it work?
- Purchase your tickets via the ticket link you received by email
- You will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to install the app
- Download the Ticketmatic app and log in with the email address you used to order the tickets
- You will find your e-tickets in the Ticketmatic app within 48 hours of purchase
- The scannable access codes on these e-tickets will become visible from 2 hours before the start of the performance. The QR code on this ticket changes continuously. A printed copy therefore does not grant access to the performance.
No smartphone?
If you don't have a smartphone and neither does anyone in your party, you as the ticket purchaser can collect the tickets at the box office from 1 hour before the start of the performance by presenting your ID
